In this project I created a dashboard showing graphs of various stats from the TV series Taskmaster.
I used the R package rvest to scrape the data from the website https://taskmaster.info created by Karl Craven
and created a dashboard using the package flexdashboard. You will find graphs showing data from
all series combined as well as a page for each individual series. Your time starts now!

I created a dashboard using Tableau showing data regarding COVID infections and deaths per continent. I also looked at those data specifically in the countries where I have lived. The github repository can be found here and the dashboard here.
This is a visual overview of a project I did as postdoc. In brief, we analyzed the effects of dietary fat composition on the fecal microbiome of C57BL/6J mice. I am creating a dashboard to show the main findings using the flexdashboard R package.
